Our building sites came to a halt at the end of last week, as did the majority of the country! The workers are fairly limited in what they can achieve on site when they are under snow, not much good for bricklayers that is for sure.

Now the sites are back up and running things are progressing well with the bricklayers back on site at Newton Poppleford and Phase two of Ackland Close in Bideford now completed, Phase three which is 11 more beautiful houses has begun, check the Ackland close page on our website for more information on these houses.

Unfortuntely we had to postpone our open day at Ackland Close on Saturday due to the weather. Not only was Jennys car propping up a hedge  (she is safe and uninjured!) it would have been unsafe to try and travel up to Bideford and we wouldn't have wanted anyone attempting to get to the site in the snowy icy conditions we had so we made the decision early Friday morning to postpone. We have re arranged this for Saturday 24th March now so if you would like to come along to site and have a look at completed Phase two Jenny will be there to show you around the remaining 2 and 3 bedroom properties we have.

The feedback we had from our last open day was all about the quality of the finish. Everyone that came could not believe the high standard of the finish and the quailty of the bathrooms and kitchens. We are really pleased with the finished look of these houses and we know you will be too so please come along and see for yourselves.
