Greendale Living has its roots based
firmly in the rich red East Devon soil

Greendale Living is a Devon based development company. We are a third generation family business with over thirty years experience in building quality homes in the West Country using our local knowledge of tradesmen and materials. We choose our locations carefully and specialise in building developments of quality homes, whether it is a beautifully renovated barn or a contemporary house, cottage or apartment, all are carefully designed based on our years of experience and feedback from our clients.  Our passion is providing a better lifestyle for our customers, and in doing so our aim is for us to exceed our client's ambitions and expectations, by providing meticulously designed houses. Each of our developments are individually chosen for their locations, and our designs reflect the locality of our homes. We are also happy to provide a design and build service to suit your individual requirements.
